Whoops (update 1)

I mentioned yesterday that the LM helped bandage my knee. Here is his handy work. He even offered one of his special band-aids to do it! I feel very lucky!

Glad to see LM could help out. Try an ace bandage on that ankle or one of those ankle sleeves. Take it easy on that ankle they take a long time to heal.

yes they do!!!! go slowly...just ask Tim..after he did his in during a basketball game while he was coaching!!...love the bandage...good thing you have such capable nurses ....take care....and stay off the track ! it is too dangerous...
